Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 30 days of delivery (some items may have a longer window—contact us to confirm). We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds (No Hassle, 30-Day Guarantee)
We stand by our products and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee (extended for select items—ask us if unsure). If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, you may return the item for a refund (excluding original shipping costs).
Conditions for refunds:

Item must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Defective/damaged items: We cover return shipping costs.

Change of mind/other returns: Customer pays return shipping (non-refundable).
For high-value items ($75+):
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Need to cancel or change your order? Contact us immediately. Once your order is processed by our warehouse, modifications may not be possible.
Note: We cannot cancel or alter orders that have already been packed or shipped.
